  1. The Leadership Academy is designed to accomplish numerous Outcomes for each participant including:

    Building Leadership Self-Awareness:
    Increasing each Leader's understanding of his/her strengths (to build upon them) and identifying key weaknesses (that hinder effectiveness and ability to lead.)


    Building Skill:
    Helping each Leader to expand his/her leadership toolkit and resources.

  2. Working "Differently", not just "Harder": Allowing each Leader to personally discover ways to work "differently" rather than simply "harder" in his/her given role.

    Creating Legacy:
    Helping each Leader define and create his/her leadership "legacy" - both professionally and personally.


    Defining Expectations:
    Creating shared expectations and standards for leadership throughout the organization.


    Creating a Stronger Organization:
    Building leadership and cultural strength across and throughout the departments - ultimately creating a healthier, higher performing and more sustainable organization.


  3. Launching a Life-Long Leadership Development Path:
    Helping each Leader to establish a leadership platform and development path that extends far beyond the Academy experience. Leadership development in today's world is clearly not a task to be accomplished but an ongoing life priority and process. This experience willl serve as just one step in the much longer leadership development journey.
