LEADERSHIP ACADEMY TECHNIQUES


The Academy will be comprised of the following characteristics:

   Placing the learning process within the context of specific challenges faced by these Leaders in their unique departments.

   Providing tangible skills and tools to promote effectiveness with the Leader's specific roles.

   Placing the learning process within the context of each individual's personal leadership path, unique challenges and desired legacy.

   Utilizing learning technologies that are proven to work for leaders around the globe.
   
   
   
5. Real-Time Learning:
   Participants have the opportunity not to merely "talk" or "think" about change, but to actually experiment and implement change during the program.
   
   
   
6. Ongoing Learning Processes:
   A program structure that allows participants to continue learning between formal training sessions (through the use of homework, coaching, experimentation, learning goals, etc.)
